    For our marinade, we use only pure, natural ingredients — nothing artificial, no preservatives, no synthetic flavors. Every batch draws on traditional family recipes passed down through generations and built for taste. We let our beef soak in that rich, authentic blend for a full 24 hours, allowing the flavors to deeply penetrate the meat for savory, full-bodied jerky with integrity you can taste.

    We slowly smoke every cut in a brick smoker for 8 hours, using a blend of cherry and peach-tree wood for our signature taste.
